Photo Special: 2010 Rio Carnival

The Rio Carnival is perhaps the most colorful carnival in the world. It usually conjures up images of scantily clad woman dancing in the streets, which to some degree is true.

Rio de Janeiro’s Mayor Eduardo Paes presented the keys to the city to Milton Junior, the Rei Momo, or Carnival King and Carnival Queen Shayene Cesari.
