Onkyo DV-BD507 Blu-ray Disc Player

If you have a high definition television but don’t subscribe to an HD service such as Sky HD or Freesat, then invest in the next best thing – a Blu-ray DVD player that brings a cinema-like picture to your home.

Onkyo’s new device, which launches next month, is Full HD so you’ll get the very best picture quality. It also supports the latest high-definition audio standards.

It will “upscale” your existing DVDs, adding a bit of technical spit and polish to make them look more like high-definition, and it also supports a variety of other movie codecs, such as DivX-HD for great playback compatibility.
