iPhone App: Snapture

The iPhone’s two-megapixel built-in camera (three-megapixel if you have an iPhone 3GS) is fairly rudimentary, but Snapture adds lots of functionality and neat tricks that help to improve its usefulness.

For instance, it offers a picture-in-picture review of your photo, meaning you can see how well your shot turned out without having to leave the camera app.

It also adds a ‘zoom’ of sorts, high-speed multi-shot, which captures three photos in quick succession, and image stabilisation.
