O2 Named UK’s Best Broadband Provider

O2 has swept the board in a customer satisfaction report from price-comparison service BroadbandChoices.co.uk and as an O2 customer this comes as no surprise.

The ISP won in several categories including Quality and Reliability, Download Performance, Billing Clarity, After Sales Support and Value for Money.

More than 10,000 people voted in the survey. Only ISPs with 100 or more participating customers were included in the report.
