Firefox 3.6 Released And Ready To Download

firefox

Mozilla has finally released the final version of Firefox 3.6.

On the surface Firefox 3.6 looks very similar to Firefox 3.5 but most of the major changes are under the surface.

According to Mozilla, Firefox 3.6 is faster than its predecessor – 20 per cent faster, apparently – and it is also less prone to crashing.

There are versions for the Windows, Linux and Mac operating systems available to download for free.

You can download Firefox 3.6 from the official Mozilla website.

Now do I update or not, that is the question? I’m still running FF 3.0.6 after encountering huge memory issues. I’ll need to think about this over the weekend… which means if it’s not broken, don’t fix it.
