Dell Launches World’s Thinnest Laptop To Rival Macbook

Dell unveiled its newest computer today, the Adamo laptop, which it claims is the world’s thinnest notebook.
The sleek, aluminum-encased notebook is 0.65″ thick and comes with a 13.4-inch screen and weighs just 4lb.
It is Dell’s attempt to compete against rival Apple’s iconic MacBook Air, which is 0.76″ thick.
Starting at $1,999, (£1,400) the Adamo is positioned as Dell’s new high-end brand. Another configuration will sell for a whopping $2,699 (£1,900).
