You are able to play games, read electronic books, listen to music, watch movies and choose from nearly 140,000 smart-phone applications – all while on the go with Apple new iPad.

The big problem is you can only do them one at a time! Yep, that’s right, the iPad doesn’t have multi-tasking.

So you can’t listen to your favourite album whilst working on a document or have your IM open when you check your email. For all the hype over Apple’s latest gizmo it turns out the iPad is very much a large-screen iPod touch.

The next question is whether you would want or need such a device, and be willing to pay $499 or more for it.
