Sky High Tennis At The Burj Al Arab

Standing 321 metres high on a man made island, the majestic Burj Al Arab is without doubt the most recognizable hotel in the world.

It is home to the worlds most unique tennis court – the hotel’s helipad.

The helipad is situated 211 metres high and covers a surface area of 415 square metres making it the perfect size for a tennis court.

You may recognise the two men playing in this gallery.

They are tennis pros Roger Federer and Andre Agassi playing a friendly match on the Burj Al Arab tennis court back in 2005 before the Dubai Duty Free Men’s Open.
