Wayne Bridge Left John Terry Clutching At Thin Air
Manchester City defender Wayne Bridge showed John Terry how he feels about his former friend and team-mate when he left him clutching at thin air during the customary handshakes as City played Chelsea today at Stamford Bridge.
The players were facing each other for the first time since the affair that led to Terry’s sacking as England captain and Bridge’s refusal to play for the national team.
Carlos Tevez, Craig Bellamy and Frank Lampard all score two goals each as City beat a Chelsea team that finishes with nine men. Julaino Belletti and Michael Ballack see red in clash at Stamford Bridge.
