Mike Tyson Was In… Er… Peterborough

I can only guess ‘Iron’ Mike Tyson is skint after reading he was at a pre-season friendly between Peterborough and West Ham last night.

For those unfamiliar with Peterborough, it a small town in the east of England with a population of around 160,000 – Bumblefuck, Idaho might be the best comparison.

He went onto the pitch at half-time wearing a Peterborough shirt with ‘Tyson 1’ on the back and told the crowd: “I’ve never heard of Peterborough before but as soon as I heard it was West Ham I thought, we’ve got to really give it to them.”

After the game there was a £100-a-head Evening With The Baddest Man On The Planet where he allegedly charged the Premiership players £30 a pop for a photo with him.
