Making The Adidas World Cup 2010 Football

On the day of the draw for the 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa, the official ball for the competition was been unveiled.
The Adidas Jabulani, which means ‘to celebrate’ in isiZulu, has 11 colours paying tribute to both football and the country in which Africa’s first-ever FIFA World Cup will be held.
The outside colours are the simple part – the rest is all very scientific. Above is a picture of how the ball is constructed and below is a video of how the football is made.
