Liverpool Defender Skrtel Ruled Out For Two Months

Liverpool will be without defender Martin Skrtel for two months following confirmation that he has suffered a broken metatarsal, adding to Rafa Benitez’s defensive concerns.
The Slovakia international, who has made 19 Premier League appearances this season, suffered a broken foot in the Reds 3-1 away win against Unirea Urziceni in the Europa League last Thursday.
Skrtel has been told that he does not need an operation on his foot, but the 25-year-old is now likely to be sidelined until the end of April.
