In Pictures: Brazil vs North Korea

Yesterday’s game between Brazil and North Korea was only the second match of the World Cup so far that I’ve actually enjoyed watching.

It was the North Koreans first World Cup appearance in 44 years and they arrived as the tournament’s lowest-ranked team.

More the fools Brazil if they thought this game would be merely a kick about as they escaped with a hard-fought victory after struggling to get past the defensive setup of the Koreans.

Was Maicon’s goal luck or genius?
