Benitez Will Not Rush Torres Back

Rafa Benitez says he will not rush star striker Fernando Torres back into action despite Liverpool’s lack of goals in recent games.

The Reds have managed just two goals in their last four matches but can now call upon Torres again after the Spanish ace returned from injury as a late substitute in the goalless stalemate at Manchester City on Sunday.

However, Benitez insists he will slowly nurse the club’s leading scorer this season back into action as he does not want him to suffer yet another injury setback.
