AC Hand Serie A Title To Inter

Inter Milan won the Serie A title after closest challengers AC Milan fell to a 2-1 defeat at Udinese.
Second-placed Milan failed to close the gap on Inter after going down to European-chasing Udinese to give Inter their fourth straight Scudetto and Jose Mourinho’s first in charge.
Gaetano D’Agostino gave Udinese the lead on 31 minutes from the penalty spot after Paolo Maldini in his 900th appearance for Milan felled Antonio Floro Flores inside the box.
Things got worse for the visitors when Cristian Zapata doubled Udinese’s lead three minutes after the break with a close-range volley.
Massimo Ambrosini pulled a goal back for AC Milan in the closing seconds, but it was too little too late for the Rossoneri as city rivals secured their 17th Serie A title.
