Today we are sorry to announce that Gemma Atkinson is set to marry footballer Marcus Bent. The rumour mill has it the couple will tie the knot in 2009. And the bad news surrounding Gemma doesn’t stop there.

She is also set to QUIT modelling to concentrate on acting.

Gemma is hoping to crack Hollywood when she jets off to Hollywood in January for some meetings with producers for upcoming movie roles – and that means turning down glamour shoots.

She said: I’ve always juggled acting with the modelling but I said to my agent last year that I really want to focus on being an actress.

It is a sad day at Stickboy HQ.
