Supernatural Season 4 Comes To An End

After having just watched the final episode of Supernatural Season 4, I’m feeling a bit let down. The show has been consistently brilliant since it first began but recent episodes have been somewhat less appealing to fans with the Lilith storyline seeming to drag on longer than expected.

Castiel (played by Mischa Collins), the Angel helping Dean this season seemed to be a popular addition to the show, but I feel that we didn’t really see enough of the angels and would have liked to see them develop more, perhaps this will happen next season?

So, season 5 will see the Winchester boys facing good old Lucifer then? With Sam having killed Lilith and opening the last seal (Silly boy) despite Dean’s attempts to stop his brother along with Castiel’s help the two will now have to deal with the consequences of their actions in what could be the best season of the show’s history!

Season 5 is rumoured to be the last ever season of Supernatural, so let’s hope that it goes out with a bang and that the writers get back to the foundations of the show, and remind us once again why we love it. We also need some more of those light hearted episodes like ‘Yellow Fever’ where Dean has some of the most quality comedy moment’s I’ve ever seen! Seeing him screaming at the Cat, and singing eye of the tiger at the end of the episode were two of my best loved moments from the show this year.

So, bring on Season 5 please folks, and let’s make it a good one please!
