Day 3 In The Big Brother House
The day started with a biscuit dunking contest. Don’t you wish your days began like this? Maybe they should, as it seemed to go down well with the housemates, aside from the fact that they weren’t actually allowed to eat any of them!
Cairon was the winner of the dunking task, gaining himself housemate status much to his surprise!
Sree was looking rather glum all day, and eventually things got too much and he went to the diary room (which I must say I think is awful this year, the colours actually make me feel a little queasy!) to have a little cry, from which he soon bounced back after a heart to heart with the other housemates.
Developments continued as the Bathroom was FINALLY unlocked! It was only made available to housemates and it looked a strange mix of modern and retro with some very bright colours dominating the space. The housemates were also given tokens again this year which they can redeem for ‘luxuries’ such as hot water, clippers and hair equipment, I presume they will have to earn them via tasks like last year?
During the afternoon the contestants enjoyed a bit of light hearted fun, lead by Lisa (Who I’m slowly warming to) in which we saw them dance about like mad people on a pretend catwalk. Kris pulled some hilarious moves in what must be the most animated we’ve seen him yet!
Later that evening the live show aired and we saw contestants become fully fledged housemates in the following order:
Angel, Sophia, Marcus, Sree, Siavash leaving just Beinazir without status and being evicted from the house without a crowd or best bits. Quite cruel, but typical Big Brother showing its evil side!
