Big Brother: The Latest News – Day 25

With many people calling this the worst series of Big Brother so far, the action in the house is definitely a little slow right now and in desperate need of a major shake up!
Most of the action seems to revolve around childish arguments between Sree or Halfwit and the rest of the house and even the tasks have become a bore to watch. After recent whisperings that there will indeed be another series of BB I’m wondering just how long they can continue to flog what right now appears to be a dead horse!
Highlights from the past few days include an Extreme Sports Day on day 25 in which the regular tasks like egg and spoon race etc were taken to a slightly less fun level!
The regular egg and spoon race was given a twist whereby at the end of the race they actually had to peel and eat the egg, which just so happened to be 1000 years old and absolutely vile! Both Rodrigo and Kris were gagging by the end of it.
The sack race was spiced up by the addition of some stinging nettles at the bottom! Karly and Charlie had to remove their shoes and step into the backs and complete a lap with bare legs. Ouch!!
The sadistic sports day didn’t end there as other tasks included rolling over upturned electrical plugs and skipping with bare feet across a Lego covered track. Fun? Not so much…
Noirin’s team were the winners of the task and they bagged themselves a ‘School Disco’ with pizza, cakes and sweets to munch on. Needless to say, a couple of hours in and they were all feeling sick and tired with too much sugar in their systems and plenty of leftover food as the others looked on in jealousy.
Kris and Halfwit continue to bicker, with Kris getting far too big for his boots in my opinion! Just because he’s some kind of womaniser on the outside, doesn’t mean that the viewers will forgive him anything. You would think that the housemates would have figured out by now that whatever they think of Halfwit, he’s obviously popular on the outside so perhaps they should back off for a while!
More updates to follow…
