Apprentice’s James explains breastfeeding

Their famous for their temper and tantrums – so the Apprentice contestants should be able to identify with their target market this week.

It’s not quite so simple though, as the remaining seven try to flog baby and toddler equipment at the Earl’s Court Baby Show. James in particular seems to struggle with the terminology – and biology.

Appointed by Sir Alan as the project manager of Empire, he announces: ‘One thing that is really important when you’re breastfeeding is the mother needs to be happy. Because if she is a little bit anxious there is something in nature which switches off the tap in her breast.’

In response, his team-mate Debra shrieks: ‘James! I didn’t know I had a tap in there mate!’ In a rare flash of wit, Ben adds: ‘Do you know the left one is hot and the right one is cold?’

I’m not sure who is a worthy winner in this series of “The Apprentice”, I doubt it will be James (a Yes man) or Lorraine (changes her mind like the weather) or Deborah (too much to say for herself) who is left? The Blonde – Kate? Oh and Ben (what a chauvinist and that’s polite).
