Boyzone Singer Stephen Gately Dies In His Sleep
Boyzone singer Stephen Gately has suddenly died in his sleep at the aged just 33.
The Irish singer was holidaying with his long-term partner Andrew Cowles on the island of Majorca.
The band’s tour website said the four remaining members of the band would be flying out to the Spanish island.
Gately was born in Ireland in March 1976 and joined Boyzone in 1993 after answering an advert in Dublin to audition for the country’s first boy band.
