Paparazzo Files Assault Complaint Against Sean Penn
Paparazzi agency Flynet Pictures is claiming that Sean Penn attacked one of its photographers, E! Online reports. The agency alleges that the 49-year-old Academy Award winner “kicked and punched him without provocation.”
The agency claims that the shooter, “suffered multiple cuts and bruises from the attack, has filed a police report and is considering pressing charges for battery.”
A photograph circulated by the agency shows Penn kicking the paparazzo.
