TV Chef Keith Floyd Dies Of Heart Attack

TV chef Keith Floyd has died of a heart attack, aged 65. He collapsed at his partner’s home in Dorset last night.

Floyd was from Faringdon in Oxfordshire and shot to fame in the 1980s in his ground-breaking cookery shows that often seen him set up a makeshift kitchen in the middle of nowhere to rustle up some local dishes.

His programs, which he fronted with huge enthusiasm, were brilliant viewing and a bottle of wine was never far away and wineglass more often than not in hand.
