Julie Benz To Join the Cast Of ‘Desperate Housewives’
It seems that Julie Benz will be joining the cast of ‘Desperate Housewives’. According to Entertainment Weekly’s Michael Ausiello, she is back with a ‘major role’ on the popular TV series.
Julie Benz, 37, is now scheduled for a recurring role of Debbi, a stripper with a Master’s degree in education who is offered the chance to transition into a stable career.
Benz had her final episode of Dexter at the end of the fourth season. Her character Rita Morgan appeared to be dead in the bathtub, presumably murdered by Trinity.
