Emma Watson Starts College

Emma Watson, famous for the portrayal of Hermione Granger in the Harry Potter film series, made her way to the campus at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island last week.

According to the Daily Mail, the 19 year old actress will study literature at the prestigious Ivy League college.

Emma said in an interview, “I do hope that it will be only a short time before I am known as ‘Emma Watson, the student from the U.K.’ rather than ‘Emma Watson who starred in those Harry Potter films.’”

She was spotted in denim shorts and a simple white T-shirt on the campus. The star played a range of games and apparently had a great time with her new classmates.

Watson will be filming for the last two installments in the Harry Potter series during her holidays.
