Emily Blunt Slams Critics Of ‘The Young Victoria’

Emily Blunt has slammed the critics of her movie ‘The Young Victoria’. The 26-year-old star told the Los Angeles Times, “Over here, people accept it as being a love story, allowing themselves to be swept away by it, rather than getting too caught up in the details”.

Earlier the movie has drawn criticism for embellishing on events in order to increase dramatic potential. Blunt said, “Watch the History Channel if you want it literal and historically perfect.”

Emily has received a Golden Globe nomination in 2010 for Best Actress in a Drama for ‘The Young Victoria’.
