Corey Haim Dies Aged 38
Hollywood actor Corey Haim has died at the age of 38, the LA coroners office has confirmed.
According to TMZ he collapsed in the bedroom of his mother’s apartment and four prescription bottles were found nearby.
Corey’s mom told authorities he had been battling prescription drug addiction for years.
Authorities believe – though are not certain – Corey died of an accidental drug overdose.
Haim’s career took off when he starred in the 1987 cult classic ‘The Lost Boys’ after previously starring in ‘Lucas’ with Charlie Sheen.
In recent years, he appeared in reality TV show The Two Coreys.
