Ashley Greene Reveals Eclipse Will Be ‘Gorier’

Ashley Greene, best known for playing Alice Cullen in Twilight has revealed that director David Slade is taking the third filck in the popular vampire series “in a darker direction”.

The 22-year-old actress recently told MTV News that Slade is, “a little more focused on it being real and maybe it being gorier and a little dark and kind of dramatic.”

Ashley said that the “fight scene” in The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, “will have more emphasis on it”. She added that the flick, “will be a little more guy-friendly.”

In Eclipse, Alice, who proves to be an adept fighter, will join the fight to destroy newborn vampires created by Victoria in an effort to take revenge on Edward. Eclipse is scheduled for release on June 30, 2010.
