Dead: Wacko Jacko Heart-Attacko
Michael Jackson was pronounced dead after suffering a fatal heart attack at his Holmby Hills home in Los Angeles this afternoon (LA local time 2.30pm).
According to celeb gossip site TMZ Jackson had no pulse when paramedics arrived and they never got a pulse back. Once at the hospital, staff tried to resuscitate him but he was completely unresponsive and was pronounced dead.
The whole story reminds me of the death of Elvis. I ran a story here back in May that cited a source close to the Jackson camp that claimed he was addicted to painkillers. Was he popping more than pain killers? Was pill popping the cause of his heart attack?
To tell you the truth I couldn’t care less. He ruined his career and reputation long ago by surrounding himself with kids – even after having his name dragged through the mud amidst child abuse allegations he couldn’t help himself.
Musical genius in his day, yes. An absolute crank and fruitcake – 100% yes.
The only trouble with him dying is it will put him on a pedestal he doesn’t belong on.
