I must admit I am a little envious as complete restructuring of my teeth is the only cosmetic surgery I ever planning on having.

This is horribly written.
I refuse to recognize any information, scientific or otherwise, that makes Tom Cruise seem less ridiculous.
Another good one for this list would be Robert Downey, Jr.
Yep I always find that the teeth are the most impressive ‘upgrade’ on those extreme makeover shows! And really these celebrities only have relatively minor flaws compared to the extreme makeover ‘contestants’ have.

Uh, those people have had a lot more done that teeth work.
Not all these people had bad teeth in their “before” pictures, but their “after” photos are definitely a lot better.
They should add a link titled “All That Money and Still Bad Teeth”. It makes me cringe to see the likes of Elton John, David Letterman, Sandra Bernhard, Nicolas Cage and several others that have teeth so bad, I doubt most people could even glance at them while speaking to these people. The list of celebrities with bad teeth is endless. When it’s that bad, it’s not about vanity or being superficial, it’s more out of necessity and sparing others from being subjected to teeth that would repulse almost anyone. How could these celebrities be completely oblivious or comfortable with teeth that offensive when they have the means to do something about it? I’d venture that dentists all over the country offer there services, not necessarily out of recognition or just to drum up business.
A lot of grooming could be an order of the day for celebrities who take their public image seriously. they live in the public domain and they are not perfect, some of them were never born with a good set of teeth. Its a result of some cosmetic surgery, rearranging, whitening and brightning substances.
