Did you know the position you sleep in reveals inside knowledge about your personality?
Nah, neither did I and after reading through the eight revelations I must admit, I’m not buying it and here’s why.
You go to bed, get comfy and fall asleep. Now isn’t it true that you move around a fair bit whilst asleep? Isn’t it something around 100 times a night? It’s possibly more but even if it’s 100 then you could end up in all eight positions outlined in the pictures below.
And one last thing… Do you remember how you were positioned when you wakened up this morning? I certainly don’t.

I think (at least I considered) they mean the position you fall asleep… for example I cannot sleep on my back, as in facing the ceiling, is just not possible… I have to turn stomach down and bend one knee or else I just dont sleep (unfortunately they only had bad things to say about the way I sleep) :’(
