Is this what policing in the UK has come to?
Arm the cop with a Police Medic vest and a first aid kit so that after he batters the living crap out of you with his baton he is trained and equipped to keep you alive until the ambulance shows up.
Maybe I’ve got it all wrong and that’s a health healing wand he’s just about to crash into someone’s skull.
