In Pictures: The Upside Down House

Two Polish designers created an upside down house in Germany, complete with furniture and bathroom fixtures on the ceiling, for a reason they say was as simple as trying something different.
Though it’s large enough to be lived in, the house, with peaked roof planted firmly in the ground, was built only as an exhibit. It’s part of the project ‘The World Upside Down’ that should allow visitors a different view of every day items.
The house is situated in the town of Trassenheide on Germany’s Baltic Sea island of Usedom and is open as a tourist attraction.
