China National Highway 319

China National Highway 319 (G319) runs northwest from Xiamen, Fujian towards Jiangxi Province and ends in Chengdu, Sichuan.

It is 2984 kilometres in length and from the look of the pictures in the gallery below, it’s one of the most dangerous roads in the world.

It’s narrow, prone to landslides, poorly maintained and very busy. Definitely not for the faint hearted.
