New Single: Robbie Williams – Bodies
So the big fanfare is over and the first official play of Robbie Williams new single Bodies aired this morning on Radio 1.
If you missed it then you can hear it below.
So, was it worth the wait? Was it all just typical media hype? Well, yes and no.
I’m not saying it’s a bad tune but it’s not as great as some would have you believe. In fact I’ve got it playing on repeat as I’m writing this and I’m about to switch it off.
Sure it will go to number one, no disrespect to Robbie but it doesn’t take much these days, does it? Rob is an entertainer but I’ve heard better from him than ‘Bodies’ but who knows, maybe the album will have a few gems on it, we’ll just need to hold on and find out.
‘Bodies’ is released on 12th October and is taken from his forthcoming album, ‘Reality Killed The Video Star‘, which is available from 9th November.
