Promised Milkshake has been kicking around since back in 2008 when Skreatch Vs Joe Smooth released their mainstream version of a white label bootleg that featured the Kelis vocals.

So why am I digging it out again today? Well I ht a bar last night and some cutie was shaking his stuff to it which put the song in a whole new perspective for me
