Alicia Keys Tops UK Album Chart

Alicia Keys fourth album The Element Of Freedom climbed to Number One in the UK album charts seeing off tough competition from Dutch violinist Andre Rieu and his album Forever Vienna, thought to be the highest charting classical album this century.
Meanwhile, in the singles chart, Owl City’s ‘Fireflies’ retained the Number One spot for a third week, according to The Official Charts Company – the highest new entry was Jedward ft. Vanilla Ice with their version of ‘Under Pressure (Ice Ice Baby)’.
The only other new entry in the chart is Timbaland ft. Katy Perry’s ‘If We Ever Meet Again’, at number three.
