In Pictures: Movie Cars Pixar Style

With the release of the Pixar movie Cars 2 coming up, an artist has wondered what would happen if Pixar had made other famous film vehicles, such as the Batmobile.
Neil Robinson – AKA Old Red Jalopy – was commissioned by film website NextMovie.com to use his artistic skills to depict cartoon versions of movie cars in the style of Pixar. And here’s the results.

Neil says: “The images themselves took between three and five hours to create depending on the subject; all the technical stuff on the DeLorean and the Ghostbusters Ectomobile made them more tricky than, say, the Bumblebee Camaro. I’m a massive movie fan so this project was particularly interesting and rewarding.”

Herbie the Beetle

General Lee from Dukes of Hazzard
