Plot: With a job that has him traveling around the country firing people, Ryan Bingham leads an empty life out of a suitcase, until his company does the unexpected: ground him.

He is great at his job and loves his life on the road. So when he is asked to show young upstart Natalie (Twilight star Anna Kendrick) the ropes, he is none too happy to have her tagging along with him – especially as he now has Alex (Farmiga), a promising new love interest, in his life.

Verdict: Entertaining, thought-provoking and stylish, this is a definite Oscar contender. Is George Clooney getting better and better?
