Tropical Storm Isang Floods Manila (24 Photos)

Torrential rains brought by tropical storm “Isang” flooded many parts of Manila earlier this week, forcing the shutdown of schools, government offices and many business establishments.

The heavy flooding drove hundreds of people from their homes to evacuation centres and brought the city to a standstill with water levels reaching several feet in places.
