How Magazines Look After Iranian Censorship (20 photos)

In the Islamic Republic of Iran magazines are vetted for acceptability by the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance and those few magazines that are not banned end up covered in white stickers and black ink.
From the gallery below you’ll see that the majority of censorship in a typical woman’s monthly is related to exposed cleavage, bare thighs and uncovered arms or shoulders.
I wonder if President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad’s collection of Playboy’s suffered the same fate as this magazine…
