Christmas Best Sellers At Hamleys Toys In London

The Slinky, now more than 60 years-old, is expected to be one of Hamleys top sellers this Christmas, thanks to its low price tag of £8 and its near universal appeal.

The Lego Minotaurus Game, the first board game from Lego, which costs £20.

Mr Potato Head is another toy from the 1940s era that is enjoying a major revival, it came back into fashion a decade ago thanks to its appearance in the animated film Toy Story.

The Rubik’s 360, is the latest puzzle from the inventors of the fiendishly difficult cube puzzle, first produced in 1979.

Next up is the Transformers Bumblebee Helmet, which will set you back £50, yeah £50.

Vtech V Motion, an educational gaming system, which costs £75

Children’s digital cameras Kidzoom, which cost £63 each.

Another from the Transformers range, this time it’s the Transformers Movie Leader, costing £60.

Barbie and the Three Musketeers Miette Kitten, which costs £87.

Gigglez, cuddly toys that make a laughing noise, and which cost £15.50.

Battle Strikers Tournament Set, will set you back £31.

And now for a couple of Hamleys’ top end offerings: a wooden Noah’s Ark, which costs £1,800… wow!!! Some unlucky kid is in for a real disappointment if someone buys them this.

And finally, a Lamborghini Murcielago LP640 1:18 covered in Swarovski crystals, which costs £1,500.
