German Kids Spark Nuclear Alert!

German police and fire services had to block off several streets in the town of Oelde after a resident saw a metal case in the road with a yellow nuclear warning sticker.

The shocked passer by spotted the “device” and fled home to alert the emergency services, who then arrived and cordoned off the estate, and sent out messages on the local radio station for inhabitants to stay indoors until a radiation scan of the area could be performed, after a scan of the area had been completed police realised that the “device” was infact an old PC tower with a hand printed nuclear sticker on it.

Two six year old local boys came forward as the would-be terrorists, and explained how they had created their own toy power station out of an old PC tower, and a label they had found on the internet, a police spokesperson said that the incident wasn’t a prank, and that the boys were just playing and got called in for their tea, leaving the box in the street, when the returned to continue their game the emergency services had blocked the way and wouldn’t let them through.

Im going to make a massive leap here, but I bet that the person who thought that a PC tower was a nuclear device must have been old, how the hell could you ever believe that a PC is a bomb?
