Parking Wardens Uplift Hearse From A Funeral
The parking wardens in this town were being deadly serious when they told the driver of a hearse that if he didn’t shift it, they’d lift it.
We all know how heartless these guys can be but I’m guessing the photo above is a joke – or is it?
