Italian Street Sign Warns Of Hookers

Is this Italian road sign for hookers a warning or informational?

I’m really not to sure of it’s intended purpose but pretty handy if you are looking for a cheap lay and are a stranger in town.

At least you’ll know you are looking in the right place.
